Brand Strategy

Story isn't a tool. Story is the foundation. I've watched brands spend serious money on design that goes nowhere because there was nothing under it. No point of view. No reason to exist. The visual was polished and the story was absent. When you lead with story (real story, specific story, story that knows who it's talking to) the design has something to carry. That's the difference between a brand people recognize and a brand people remember.
